Titusville City Government

The Council/Manager system of government, one of four forms of government in the U.S., was adapted in Titusville in 1963. Titusville government operates under a City Council of five elected members, including the Mayor - and a City Manager, who is appointed by the council. City Council members serve four-year terms on a staggered basis.

Mayor H. Hulley, Jr. was elected into office on November 2008; his term will expire in 2012. Vice Mayor Conrad Eigenmann was elected in November 2006; his term will expire in November 2011. The three council members are: Martha Long (term: 11/08-11/12), Paul Secor (term: 11/06-11/10) and Walt Johnson (11/06-11/10).

Titusville government officials recently conducted a Strategic Plan Issues & Areas of Emphasis Community Workshop to solicit the concerns and support of the community - and their vision for the city's future.
